Speaker:

Ashley is an NCC, LPC, and EMDRIA practicing Therapist in the state of TN. Her lenses of attachment and trauma help in shaping the way Ashley sees and does therapy. Currently, Ashley serves as Primary Therapist at The Renfrew Center, an eating disorder facility for women; and provides therapy to clients in her private practice as well.  Ashley understands EMDR to be a form of therapy that allows her clients to find freedom from the yuck that has kept them stuck and in their reactive brain for so long. She provides individual and group therapy, and assists clients with learning how to expand their window of tolerance – an important tool in working with those who have experienced trauma. Ashley believes that learning how to regulate and expand one’s tolerance of their emotions will increase her client’s ability to handle life’s situations in a healthier manner.
